EU: EU states enabling tax evasion, says 2025 Financial Secrecy Index

EU member states are enabling tax evasion, according to the 2025 Financial Secrecy Index.

The report, published by the UK-based Tax Justice Network, found EU countries now account for 21% of global financial secrecy.
