Darren is a Partner in Mourant's Guernsey office, specialising in funds, private equity, real estate, debt and corporate transactions. He trained and worked in the City of London prior to moving to Guernsey. He is an Advocate in Guernsey and Solicitor (currently non-practising) in England and Wales. Darren is also a member of the Guernsey Bar, Guernsey International Legal Association and GIFA Executive Committee; and has been named a leading individual in Capital Markets by Legal 500 UK 2020.
